The Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) utilizes LINK Nantucket, a customized multiple listing service designed to meet the unique needs of Nantucket.
The listing service is web-based and offers real-time information on property listings, sales, and market trends and data. It also disseminates information broadly and quickly to over 25,000 registered users, both through public syndication and agent-driven client access.
LINK Nantucket has a robust data feed program and syndicates directly to many third-party sites, among them Realtor.com, ListHub, and Zillow.

After a dearth of inventory between 2021 and 2023 (a low of 42 active listings in January of 2022), 2024 has brought a bit of a rebound where there were over 200 available listings in August of 2024.
Site activity by the professional community remains strong, with over 10,000 site logins in August of 2024, while consumer activity has dropped somewhat in the past 2 years, peaking at just over 6,000 monthly logins in August of 2024 – about 50% off from historic highs in 2021, likely due to fatigue from the lack of inventory.
In August 2024, the LINK service sent out nearly 90,000 emails, almost matching previous search activity records from 2020, indicating that while market activity has softened, consumer interest is still very high!

— There was a total logins of 21,000 in August 2022
— There were 12000 agent and 9000 consumer logins in August 2022.
— In July 2022, the service sent out over 74,000 emails.
— Since 2017, the inventory for sale was at a high of 519 properties; the low was January 2022 with only 66 properties for sale on Nantucket 2022 finished with 93 properties for sale.
